A tribute to his long time lover and their pet dog, this painting displays the delicate nature of their relationship and we are given a glimpse in to the intimacy shared between the artist and his subjects. The woman, sitting in childlike pose, legs sprawling forward, appears larger than life as she precariously holds the dog in her arms. The animal's bewildered look reflects the possible tension of the times in which the artist lived. 

This beautiful limited edition print was meticulously created after the original oil painting by master printers in Los Angeles, who worked closely with Mudgett to bring you this remarkable collection. This work was printed in an edition of 100 on museum-quality cotton Moab paper. To ensure authenticity, each print is signed and numbered in pencil by the artist on the front and stamped with the atelier seal on the reverse.
